Shopping Process

Step 1: 

Select the items you like and add them to your shopping cart.
Should you have any questions, feel free to send us a screenshot of the product directly through WhatsApp and we'll provide you with answers.
We truly hope everyone would get in touch with us via WhatsApp. Even if there aren't any issues, you're welcome to reach out. This way, we can send you accurate order and shipping details. If you have any queries, don't hesitate to contact us directly.
If all looks good, you can proceed to pay through the shopping cart. We accept both Paypal and credit card payments.
Alternatively, you can inform us through WhatsApp and we'll generate a payment link for you.
This next step involves making a payment, which is crucial for both you and us.

Step 2: 

After your payment is successfully processed, we will send you an order confirmation via both email and WhatsApp (if you use it).
Within 2-3 working days, we'll send you a video or photos of your product being packed. Once you confirm that everything looks good, we'll dispatch your order promptly. Should you have any issues with the product, we will keep replacing it until you're completely happy; if you're still not satisfied in the end, we're prepared to offer a full refund, no questions asked.
Once the item is shipped, we'll notify you about the dispatch through both email and WhatsApp.
We'll monitor the delivery progress daily. Should any issues arise during transit, we'll proactively get in touch with you.



Step 3: 

Please remember that for each order, you're required to pay only once, and we do not charge any additional fees for shipping, customs, clearance, etc. If anyone asks you for extra payments, be cautious as they are certainly scammers (some of our previous customers have encountered this issue, receiving fraudulent texts asking for additional shipping fees).
When you receive your package, please check that it is intact before opening. After opening, ensure the product is undamaged before disposing of the external packaging.
If you find that the goods do not match your order, contact us. We may reship your order or provide a full refund unconditionally, as it would be an error on our part or the courier's.
The product you receive will have packaging identical to the original, including the box, dust bag, warranty card, accessories, etc. Everything that comes with the genuine product will be included with yours.
